If you’re an artist who needs a drummer for a tour then I can quickly learn songs both to a click/track and fully live. Rehearsal time is valuable so I always learn the material ahead of time and come prepared and ready to play at rehearsal. I also have the Roland SPD-SX Pro to run tracks, samples and clicks at live shows.

I spent a few years working in the pit on cruise ships playing production shows and backing up entertainment shows. Strong reading skills are essential for any pit work and I’m comfortable sight reading drum notation. I also play tuned percussion and even have a Pearl Malletstation I can bring to the gig along with all my drum gear.

Having spent 5 years on cruise ships I know a ton of standard cover band tunes! I’ve got an iPad to follow my own charts and can sight read tunes, and follow by ear or cues. If you’ve got your own charts with endings - even better!
